Paste these prompts into a connected MCP client. The agent chooses the tools, pages through results, and asks before it writes.
Creating or updating records needs the WRITE scope. Reports need READ. List tools return at most 50 items per page, so ask the agent to keep paging when the set is larger. See Tools and MCP Limits.
To try these, enable MCP and connect a client.
Create a project and run auto-design
Create a project from an address, run auto-design, and summarize the result.
Create a project at 230 Valparaiso Ave, Atherton, CA, run auto-design, and give me a summary of production and savings.
The agent geocodes the address, creates the project, starts auto-design, and waits until the run finishes. The summary should include system size, annual production (kWh), and estimated bill savings from the designed system.
Auto-design can take several minutes. Ask the agent to poll status instead of starting a second run.
Reassign recent projects
Move a batch of projects from one team member to another.
Bulk update the last 20 projects assigned to "John Doe" to "Richard Roe".
Both names need to match team members on the organisation. The agent looks up their roles, lists the 20 most recently modified projects assigned to John Doe, and updates the assigned role on each. Confirm the match list before it writes if the names are ambiguous.
Report time between stages
Measure how long projects spend in each workflow stage.
Generate a report of the average time it takes for a project to move from one stage to the next.
The agent reads your workflow stage order and project events for stage changes, then reports the average time between each pair of stages. Name a date range or a single workflow if you want the sample limited. This is a read-only report.
Follow up on stalled projects
Find projects that have not changed stage, and log a task on each.
Find projects that have been in the same stage for more than 14 days and create a follow-up task on each, assigned to the current owner.
The agent lists open projects, uses stage-change events to measure time in the current stage, and creates a task on each match. Ask it to show the list and wait for confirmation before it creates the tasks.
Generate proposals for recently sold projects
Produce proposal PDFs for projects marked sold in a recent window.
Generate a PDF proposal for every project marked sold in the last 7 days, save each file on the project, and give me a list of what was created.
The agent finds projects with a sold event in that window, generates a proposal for each, and returns the project name and file for every document. Document generation is heavier than a normal read, so keep the window small. See MCP Limits.
Rank recent systems by production and savings
Compare designed systems across the pipeline.
Of the projects designed in the last 30 days, rank the systems by annual production and first-year savings, and call out any with a payback longer than 10 years.
The agent lists recent projects, reads system and proposal figures (annual kWh, savings, and payback), and returns a ranked table. This is a read-only report. Ask for a stage or assignee filter if you want a smaller set.
