Supplier Quote Activity Logs

Activity logs for a supplier quote: messages, file attachments, and system events (e.g. status changes) on a quote. Use this API as a supplier to list, create, retrieve, or delete activity log entries for quotes where your org is the supplier.

  • :org_id your OpenSolar Organization ID
  • :quote_id - ID number of the quote
  • :log_id - ID number of the quote activity log

List supports ordering (created_at, id; default -created_at) and filter tags__name.

Get a single activity log​

Response

Single activity log object (same shape as each item in the list above).

Create an activity log (message)​

Post a message or note to the quote’s activity timeline and keep delivery updates, clarifications, and internal notes in one place. Every log is attributed to the authenticated user and timestamped, giving a clear audit trail on the quote.

Response

Returns the created activity log object.

Delete an activity log​

Response

204 No Content on success. Only activity logs of type file or message can be deleted; event logs cannot be deleted.
